Dailies is a Christian habit-tracking app operated by Emmanuel Courage Uduaghan, an individual ("we," "us," or "our"). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you use Dailies, how we use it, and your rights regarding your personal data.
We built Dailies to help people show up daily — to God, to their goals, and to themselves. We take your privacy seriously. We collect only what we need to run the App, and we do not sell your data.
When you create an account, we collect your email address and a hashed version of your password. We never see or store your password in plain text.
Everything you enter into Dailies is stored so we can show it back to you across devices and sessions:
| What you enter | What we store |
|---|---|
| Habit completions | Which habit was completed and the date |
| Custom habits | Name, description, and display order |
| Win list items | Text, completion status, and date |
| Definite Chief Aim | Your aim text and the last date you recommitted |
This content belongs to you. We store it only to provide the service.
If you enable daily reminders, we store a push subscription token (provided by your browser/device) and your local timezone so reminders fire at the right local time. We do not access your contacts, notification history, or any other notification data.
We use the information we collect solely to:

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, all your data — habits, completions, win list items, chief aim, notification subscriptions — is permanently deleted from our systems within 30 days. Payment records are retained by Lemon Squeezy per their own policies and legal obligations.
You have the following rights regarding your personal data:
If you are in the European Economic Area (EEA), you may also have rights under GDPR including the right to object to processing and the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
Dailies is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that we have collected personal information from a child under 13 without parental consent, we will delete that information promptly.
We take reasonable measures to protect your information, including encrypted connections (HTTPS) for all data transmission and row-level security on our database so each user can only access their own data. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or through a notice in the App. Your continued use of the App after the effective date of the updated policy constitutes your acceptance of the changes.
