We want you to be happy with Dailies. If it isn't right for you, you can get your money back.
You can request a full refund within 7 days of your first payment, on either the monthly plan ($4.99 per month) or the annual plan ($49.99 per year). No questions asked and no reason needed.
Email haragemedia@gmail.com from the address on your Dailies account, or include that address in your message so we can find you. We aim to reply within 2 business days. Refunds go back to your original payment method, and your bank may take several business days to show it.
You can cancel at any time. You keep access until the end of the period you have paid for, and you won't be charged again.
Renewals after the first 7 days are refunded at our discretion, unless the law where you live requires otherwise. If you were charged by mistake, for example after cancelling, tell us and we will correct it.
If you subscribed inside the Dailies app from the Apple App Store or Google Play, Apple or Google handles the billing, so refunds follow their policies and are requested through them.
Payments made on our website are processed by Lemon Squeezy, which acts as the merchant of record. We never see or store your card details.
