These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Dailies (the "App"), a Christian habit-tracking application operated by Emmanuel Courage Uduaghan, an individual ("we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. Who Can Use Dailies

You must be at least 13 years old to use Dailies. By using the App, you confirm that you meet this requirement. If you are under 18, you must have the permission of a parent or legal guardian.

2. Your Account

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. Do not share your password with anyone. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at haragemedia@gmail.com if you believe your account has been compromised.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that we believe are being used in a way that harms other users or the App.

3. Subscription and Billing

Dailies is offered as a paid subscription at $4.99 per month or $49.99 per year (or the equivalent in your local currency). Payment on our website is processed through Lemon Squeezy, our third-party payment processor and merchant of record.

• Billing: Your subscription renews automatically each month or each year, depending on your plan, on the anniversary of your sign-up date unless you cancel.
• Cancellation: You may cancel at any time. Your access continues until the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused time within a billing period.
• Price changes: We will notify you at least 30 days before any price change. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the new price.
• Refunds: You can request a full refund within 7 days of your first payment by emailing haragemedia@gmail.com. Refunds for later charges are at our discretion unless the law requires otherwise. See our Refund Policy.

If you access Dailies through an app store (Apple App Store or Google Play), the store's billing and refund policies apply to your in-app purchase.

4. What You Can and Cannot Do

You may use Dailies for your personal, non-commercial use to track habits, set goals, and manage your daily disciplines.

You may not:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose or in any way that violates these Terms
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the App or its underlying systems
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the App
• Use the App to harass, harm, or impersonate any person
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the App
• Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to access the App

5. Your Content

Content you enter into Dailies — including your habit names, win list items, and Definite Chief Aim — belongs to you. We do not claim ownership of your content.

You grant us a limited license to store and process your content solely for the purpose of operating the App and providing the service to you. We do not use your personal content for advertising, training AI models, or any purpose other than running the App.

You are responsible for the content you enter. Do not enter sensitive personal information beyond what is necessary to use the App.

6. Availability and Changes

We aim to keep Dailies available at all times but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. The App may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances outside our control.

We may update, modify, or discontinue features of the App at any time. If we make a material change that affects your use of the App, we will notify you by email or through a notice in the App.

7. Disclaimers

Dailies is a habit-tracking tool. It is not a medical device, mental health service, financial advisor, or spiritual counselor. The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

We do not warrant that the App will be error-free, that defects will be corrected, or that the App or the servers that make it available are free of viruses or other harmful components.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator of Dailies shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the App — even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of the Philippines.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or through a notice in the App at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the App after the effective date of the updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes.
